Yes. Your budget works without Wi‑Fi. Solo syncs when you are signed in and online.

How do I delete my account or local data?
See Delete Account. Delete local data in Settings removes on-device data without an account. Signed-in users can start Delete account and data for a 30-day pending deletion period before permanent removal. Email support@danali.app if you need help with recovery.
